As a seasoned woman in today’s journalism workforce, ageism remains a persistent issue among seniors.
One of my favorite nighttime dramas is Matlock, starring Kathy Bates. This show demonstrates the wisdom, savvy, and value that today’s seniors contribute to a company/corporation. Bates’ character has given me a sense of inspiration and drive.
